Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to use this site. Here's our commitment, what we've built in, and how to tell us if something isn't working for you.

Last updated: 30 July 2026

Our commitment

Paint Protection Pros is committed to making its website accessible to people of all abilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508, and the European standard EN 301 549 / European Accessibility Act.

What we've built in

  • Semantic HTML structure with a logical heading order and landmark regions.
  • A "skip to content" link and full keyboard operability for navigation, menus, tabs, and expandable cards.
  • Visible focus indicators on every interactive element.
  • Descriptive alternative text on images, and decorative icons hidden from assistive technology.
  • Form fields with associated labels, clearly marked required fields, and helpful placeholder text.
  • Color choices tested for sufficient contrast, and a single light theme for consistent legibility.
  • Respect for the "reduce motion" system setting, which turns off animations.
  • Responsive layouts that work down to small screens and reflow without horizontal scrolling.

Known limitations

We are continually improving. Some photographic imagery is licensed stock; we provide descriptive alt text but are progressively replacing it with our own captioned photography. If you encounter any barrier not listed here, please let us know so we can fix it.

Give us feedback

If you have trouble using any part of this site, or you need information in a different format, email us at hello@paintprotectionpros.net. Please include the page and a description of the problem. We aim to respond within five business days and to resolve verified issues promptly.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time task. We review new pages and features against WCAG 2.2 AA before release and welcome feedback that helps us do better.
