Why we exist
Paint protection is confusing on purpose. We think that's wrong.
Ceramic, PPF, tint, correction - the jargon is thick, the prices are all over the map, and the same job can be quoted three wildly different ways. Worse, most of the "guides" you find are shops in disguise, quietly steering you toward whatever they happen to sell. So a new owner who just wants to protect a car they're proud of is left guessing, and hoping they didn't overpay.
We built Paint Protection Pros to be the opposite of that: a plain-spoken, independent resource that tells you what things actually cost, what you actually need, and which shops have actually earned your trust - with nothing behind the advice that was bought.

Where the money comes from - and where it can't reach
Plenty of online resources claim to be "on your side," then quietly make their money by pointing you wherever pays best. We won't do that.
Here's how we actually work. Our pricing comes from public sources only, every figure cited and human-reviewed. Shops can join our network and earn PPP Certified status - but only by passing an objective standard and signing real consumer guarantees. Membership funds what we do and buys disclosed exposure. It never buys a grade, a ranking, a review, or a recommendation.
That line is the whole company. The moment a verdict is for sale, we're just another ad. So it isn't.

Where we're headed
The place you check first
We're starting in Florida, around Tampa, and building outward - one honestly-sourced metro, one verified shop, one straight answer at a time. The goal is simple and long-term: to become the trusted place people check before they spend a dollar on protecting their vehicle, anywhere in the country.
It's slower to build a resource this way than to run ads dressed up as advice. We're fine with that. Trust is the only thing we're actually selling, and it's the one thing you can't fake.
