We list every shop we can find from public records - that's the Listed baseline, and it's free. A Verified checkmark is earned: before a shop shows it, we don't take their word for it. We check the things a careful customer would want checked - and we keep checking after.

Can I pay to rank higher or get better reviews?

No. Never. Money can make a shop eligible for PPP Certified and disclosed exposure, but it never changes a grade, ranking, rating, or recommendation. Every shop is scored against the same public standard, and that objective list is off-limits to money. That rule is the reason customers trust us - and it's what makes the leads you get worth having.

What's the difference between Verified and PPP Certified?

Verified is the objective layer: any shop that meets our public standard shows a Verified checkmark, whether or not they pay us. PPP Certified is an opt-in, earned-then-paid membership - you clear the standard, sign our consumer guarantees, and get the Certified badge, a clearly labeled feature placement, and priority leads. Certified never changes your grade or your rank; it adds disclosed exposure on top.

How do you vet shops?

We verify that you're a legitimate, licensed, insured business; confirm certifications with the source rather than taking a website's word for it; gather real written quotes; read genuine reviews and work history for patterns; and check honest quoting and warranty practices. What does membership cost?

We take it seriously. Member shops agree to treat referred customers honestly and stand behind their work. Patterns of complaints, dishonest quoting, or unhonored warranties can cost a shop its place in the network.
